VISL is not a part of PQFG. However, many shooters are members of both clubs and as several VISL shoots are held at the Henry Range, this page is included for their convenience.

VISL is an organization for individuals dedicated to the sport of long range centre-fire target shooting. Anybody interested is welcome, and club members will help beginners get started. Women, men, youths, seniors and the physically challenged all take part and a classification system ensures that everyone has a chance to win. Each year, a number of members are chosen to represent Vancouver Island, British Columbia or Canada in National and International competitions.
